By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Castor sugar (caster sugar) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pancake Pops 1 cup Refined flour (maida) ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) ½ teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon Baking powder ¾ cup Milk 1 Egg lightly whisked 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon Melted butter for shallow frying Butter Maple syrup for drizzling Method Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl. Make a well and add milk, egg, vanilla essence, melted butter and 1 teaspoon hot water. Whisk until a smooth batter is formed. Grease paniyaram pan with butter. Pour a ladle full of batter in it. Cook them till boththe sides are done.
