  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 teaspoon Whole Wheat Dough chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 teaspoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Whole wheat

Method

  1. Make a very small hole on the top of the eggs and empty egg in a bowl.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, green chillies and coriander and mix it thoroughly. Now refill the shell of the egg with this mixture. Cover the hole of the egg with dough.
  3. Repeat the same process with the remaining eggs. Place them in a steamer and steam for eight to ten minutes. Take them out from the steamer and remove the shells. Cut the steamed eggs in two. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce and bread.
