Ingredients list for Paan Shots

  • 2 Betel leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut colourful
  • 1 teaspoon Betel nut sweetened, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon for garnishing edible colourful balls
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 4-5 Glace cherries
  • 4-5 Dates shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Gulkand
  • ½ cup Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Milk

Method

  1. Blend together torn betel leaves, desiccated coconut, sweetened betel nut, edible colourful balls, fennel seeds, glace cherries, sweet dates, candied rose petals, vanilla ice cream and milk to a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour into serving shot glasses, garnish with colourful balls and serve immediately.
