Ingredients list for Omelette With Mushroom, Capsicum And Sprouts

  • 8 Eggs
  • 10-12 Mushrooms chopped
  • 1 medium Red capsicum chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed sprouts blanched
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 medium Onions chopped
  • 4 Green chillies chopped

  1. Break two eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, add ¼ portion of onions and green chillies and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beaten eggs and mix. Sprinkle one-fourth portion each of mushrooms, red bell pepper and mixed sprouts. Cook till the eggs set and flip it. Cook on the other side for a minute.
  4. Serve immediately. Similarly prepare the other omelettes
