Ingredients list for Nariyal aur Kachche Aam ki Chutney

  • 1/2 cup Coconut slices
  • 2 tablespoons Raw mango grated
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 10-15 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger roughly chopped
  • 2 Green chillies roughly chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Combine coconut slices, coriander leaves, grated mango, garlic, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies and salt in a blender jar. Add sufficient water and blend into a fine paste.
  2. Serve as an accompaniment with your choice of snacks and starters.
