Mutton Mushroom When mutton is cooked with mushroom the result is exquisite This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless Mutton, Button Mushrooms Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mutton Mushroom 500 grams Boneless Mutton cut into medium sized pieces 12-15 Button Mushrooms halved 2 Medium onions 2 tablespoons Oil 4 Green chillies 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped 1 Large potato peeled 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder 3 teaspoons Red chilli powder 2 Medium tomatoes finely chopped to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Whole wheat flour Advertisment Method Halve onions and slice. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions and saute. Roughly chop green chillies and add along with ginger and garlic, mix and sauté well. Add mutton, mix and cook on high heat. Dice the potato and add along with turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and 2 cups water and mix well. Add salt and garam masala powder and mix well. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add water as required and mix well into a smooth slurry. Add this to the cooker and mix well. Cover and pressure cook till 4-5 whistles are given out or till the mutton is fully done. Serve hot.
