By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Butter Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Murg-E-Azam 500 grams Boneless Chicken cubed 4 tablespoons Butter 2 medium Onions chopped 3 medium Tomatoes chopped 2 tablespoons Green capsicum chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 tablespoons Red chillies crushed 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 2 tablespoons Coriander powder 3 tablespoons Browned onion paste 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon Ginger to taste Salt Method Clean and cut the chicken into cubes, clean and chop the vegetables. Melt butter in a pan, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum, ginger garlic paste and boneless chicken cubes. Sauté well. Add crushed red chillies, turmeric powder, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, coriander powder and brown onion paste. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and ginger juliennes and mix. Add salt to taste and cook further till done. Serve hot.
