Ingredients list for Mung Dhirade

  • 3 cups Whole Green Grams soaked
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 inch piece chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 6-7 cloves Garlic
  • 4-5 Green chilli
  • to taste Salt
  • to shallow fry Oil

Method

  1. Grind the green gram, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt with water to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa. Place a spoonful mixture on it. Spread it thinly.Cook on a medium heat for two to three minutes on each side or until done. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
