By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (atta), Oats Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Multigrain Discs 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta) 1/4 cup Oats 1/4 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta) 2 tablespoons Soya flour 1 medium Carrot grated to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons Oil Method Mix whole wheat flour, oats, bajra flour, ragi flour, soya flour, carrot, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl. Add one and a half cups of water and whisk well to make a smooth semi thick batter. Set aside to rest for half an hour. Heat a non-stick tawa and smear little oil on top, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread to a thick six inch diameter disc. Cook, turning sides, till both sides till equally golden.Serve hot.
