By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole green gram (sabut moong), Whole wheat Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Multiflour Laddoo 1/4 cup Whole green gram (sabut moong) 1/4 cup Whole wheat 1/4 cup Kolam rice 3/4 cup Jaggery grated 1/4 cup Scraped fresh coconut 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 3 tablespoons Peanuts roasted and roughly chopped Method Advertisment Heat a non-stick pan, add green gram and dry roast till it turns light brown. Remove from heat and set aside in a bowl. In the same pan, dry-roast whole wheat and kolam rice, separately, till they turn light brown and put into separate bowls. Cool down to room temperature. Grind together roasted green gram, whole wheat and rice to a coarse powder. Melt jaggery in a non-stick pan. Add ground powder and stir well. Add coconut, cardamom powder and peanuts, mix well and switch off heat. Cool down to room temperature. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and shape them into medium size laddoos. Serve.
