By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Roasted peanuts, Gram flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Moongphali Ki Tikki 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts coarsely ground 1/2 cup Gram flour roasted 8 Spinach leaves (palak) chopped 3 Green chillies finely chopped 1 medium Onion chopped 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespo Oil to taste Salt Method Mix peanuts, gram flour, spinach, green chillies, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, one tablespoon oil, salt and sufficient water in a bowl and knead into a soft dough. Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Flatten them slightly between your palms. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
