Grind to a fine powder. Mix in the mawa lightly. Place sugar in a vessel and just enough water to soak it. Boil to a syrup of three string consistency. Add peanut mixture, cardamom powder and stir vigorously. Remove from heat. Grease a thali and pour mixture in it. Press for an even surface and apply silver warq. Cut into desired shapes. Cool and serve.
