Moong Wraps With Coriander Salsa By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Moong Sprouts, Processed Cheese Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 8 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Moong Wraps With Coriander Salsa 1/2 cup Moong Sprouts boiled 1 cup Processed Cheese roughly chopped 1 teaspoon Raisins 1 Green chilli 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to taste Black salt 8 Readymade tortillas 1 cup Baked beans 4-5 Cabbage leaves shredded 2 medium Carrots grated 2 cups Processed cheese grated 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Oregano Method Grind coriander leaves, raisins, green chilli to a fine paste using sufficient water. Add black salt, lemon juice and mix well. Set aside Heat a non stick tawa. Put the tortillas. Remove them once they are warm from both the sides. Spread coriander salsa on top of tortillas. Spread a portion of moong sprouts, baked beans and top up with cabbage, carrot, cheese, mayonnaise. Sprinkle oregano on top and roll it. Similarly make other wraps.
