By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green Gram, Mauth Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Moong Mauth Chaat 1 cup Green Gram sprouted 1 cup Mauth to taste Salt a pinch Turmeric powder 1 small Onion ,chopped 1 small Green capsicum chopped 1 small Tomato chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 1/4 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder (deghi mirch) 1 teaspoon Amchur powder 1 small Raw mango grated 1 tablespoon Oil 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 2 teaspoon Chaat masala Method Boil the moong and mauth sprouts separately in two cups of water each with a pinch of salt and a pinch of turmeric powder for about three to four minutes.. Drain immediately. Leave them in a colander so that all the water is drained away and cool. Mix sprouted moong and mauth with onion, capsicum, tomato, green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, red chilli powder, amchur powder, grated raw mango and oil. Mix lemon juice, chaat masala and salt and pour over salad. Mix well and serve immediately .
