Clean, wash and finely chop coriander leaves. Mix wheat flour, cumin seeds, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, one tablespoon of oil and knead into a semi soft dough using sufficient quantity of water. Cover with a muslin cloth and let it stand for ten to fifteen minutes. Divide the dough into twenty equal sized balls and roll each ball into round puris. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the puris till crisp and golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
