By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, White Bread Slices Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Masala Potatoes on Toast 2-3 medium Potatoes Boiled peeled And Grated 2 tablespoons White Bread Slices chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 4 White bread slices for shallow frying Oil as required Tomato ketchup Method Toast bread slices only on one side on a non-stick tawa. Remove from heat and set aside. Put potatoes, coriander leaves, onion, dried mango powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Spread a generous amount of this mixture on the toasted side of bread slices. Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared slices on it, mixture side down. Drizzle a little all around and cook, turning sides, till both sides are crisp and golden. Cut into fingers and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
