Ingredients for Mango and Papaya Chutney Recipe

  • Raw mango peeled and coarsely grated 1

  • Raw papaya peeled, seeded and coarsely grated ½

  • oil 2 tablespoons

  • medium onion sliced 1

  • green chillies finely chopped 2

  • spring onions with greens finely chopped 3-4

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • ½ lemon juice

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and saute till soft. Add papaya and saute for 1 minute. Add green chillies and saute for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 3

Add grated mango and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
