Ingredients list for Mango Sandesh

  • 1-2 Ripe mangoes peeled
  • Chenna made of 1 litre milk
  • 3½ teaspoons Sugar
  • 2-3 Rose essence drops

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add chhena and sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. Switch off heat and cool to room temperature.
  2. Thinly slice mangoes.
  3. Grind the chhena-sugar mixture along with rose essence into a smooth paste.
  4. Divide the paste into small equal portions, place on one end of mango slice and roll. Cut into halves.
  5. Serve immediately.
