Ingredients list for Makai Pinni

  • 1 1/2 cups Maize Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Semolina
  • 3/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Wheat flour (atta)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup khoya / mawa grated

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add semolina and wheat flour and mix well. Add maize flour and sauté for 8-10 minutes till golden.
  3. Add sugar and khoya, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
