By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Linguini, Button Mushrooms, sliced Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Linguini With Mushroom Cream Sauce 200 grams Linguini 12-14 medium Button Mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup Cream 3 tablespoons Butter 3-4 cloves Garlic,crushed 1 medium Green capsicum,cut into thin strips 1 medium Red capsicum,cut into thin strips 1 medium Yellow capsicum,cut into thin strips 7-8 Black peppercorns , freshly ground 1/2 teaspoon Dry rosemary,crumbled 50 grams Processed cheese,cubed to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley,chopped Method Melt butter in a heavy, large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms and the three coloured capsicums and sauté for two minutes. Add freshly ground pepper, cream and rosemary. Stir well till blended. Add linguini and cheese and stir till cheese melts. Adjust salt. Transfer into serving bowls and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
