By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken , Hung yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Lasooni Chilli Tangdi 8 Chicken 6 tablespoons Hung yogurt chopped and fried 1 Lemon cut into wedges FIRST MARINADE 2 teaspoon Oil 3 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons Lemon juice SECOND MARINADE 1 cup Hung yogurt 6 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 6 Green chillies chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3 teaspoons Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons Mustard oil smoked Method Make light incisions on the chicken legs. Mix together two teaspoons oil, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and rub the mixture over the chicken drumsticks and keep them for one hour in the refrigerator to marinate. For the second marinade, mix hung yogurt, cheese, fried garlic, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mustard oil in a bowl and rub it well over the chicken drumsticks. Set aside for two hours in the refrigerator to marinate. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for twenty minutes. Turn the pieces over, drizzle a little oil over them and bake for five to eight minutes more. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
