Ingredients list for Kimchi

  • 1 small Cabbage cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 4 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Red chillies crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til) roasted

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed red chillies and salt. Add cabbage and turn off the heat. Toss well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
