By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cashewnuts, Mawa Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Khoya Kaju 50 grams Cashewnuts roasted 3 tablespoons Mawa 1 cup Boiled onion paste 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 200 grams Khoya/mawa grated 1 cup Milk 2 teaspoon Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons coriandter leaves Method Heat ghee in a non stick pan add onion-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add ginger paste, khoya, milk and sugar and continue stirring for two minutes. Add cinnamon powder, salt and cashewnuts and cook for a minute.
