Black pepper powder
Slit and deseed the chillies.
Put chicken mince, garlic cloves, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and honey in a blender jar and hand blend them till well mixed.
Stuff this mixture generously into the chillies. Run a wet finger around the chillies to clean them of any stuffing that may stuck.
Heat oil in a non stick pan, place the chillies in the plan in single layer, cover and cook till both mince and chillies are cooked.
Arrange them on a serving plate and serve hot.
