By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw mango, Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Kankairi 1 medium Raw mango grated 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 medium Onion grated 1 tablespoon Jaggery (gur) grated to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds, allow it to splutter. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, grated mango and onion. Mix well. Saute for two minutes. Add jaggery and salt .Mix well and sprinkle little water. Cook for two minutes and serve.
