Ingredients list for Kachche Kele Ke Roasti

  • 4 Raw bananas, parboiled peeled and grated
  • 3 medium Potatoes soaked in water grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 stalk Spring onion green chopped
  • to cook Oil

Method

  1. Mix together raw bananas, potatoes, salt, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, spring onion greens in a bowl.
  2. Heat one teaspoon oil in a non stick pan and add a portion of the banana mixture and spread.
  3. Drizzle one teaspoon oil over the banana mixture and cook till the underside is lightly browned.
  4. Flip it over carefully and cook till the other side is equally done.
  5. Serve hot immediately.
