Italian Mushroom Caps Mushroom caps stuffed with a flavourful mixture, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese and cooked in microwave. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mushroom , Olive oil Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Italian Mushroom Caps 200 grams Mushroom 3 tablespoons Olive oil 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste to taste Salt 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1/2 cup Bread crumbs to taste Black pepper powder 50 grams Mozzarella cheese grated Method Wash the mushroom and remove the stem of it. Chop the stem finely In a bowl mix together one tablespoon olive oil, vinegar, garlic paste and salt. Apply this mixture on the mushrooms and set it aside for half an hour Take one tablespoon olive oil in a microwave bowl, add chopped mushroom stems and onions and cook on microwave HIGH for two minutes. Add breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper powder and mix. Stuff this mixture into the mushrooms. Put the stuffed mushrooms in the microwave and cook on HIGH for four minutes.
