By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Cucumber Cuisine Persian Course Raitas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Irani Raita 2 cups Yogurt whisked 4 medium Cucumber chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey 5-6 Walnuts chopped 7-8 Raisins chopped 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder to taste Salt a few Fresh coriander leaves chopped sprigs Method In a large bowl combine chopped cucumbers, yogurt, honey, walnuts, raisins, cumin powder, salt to taste and half of the fresh coriander leaves and mix well. Garnish with remaining coriander leaves. Serve chilled as an accompaniment.
