Ingredients list for Insalata Nuova Cucina

  • 1 large Iceberg lettuce
  • 4-5 Fresh button mushrooms
  • 1 small Yellow capsicum
  • 1 small Red capsicum
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 10-12 French beans blanched
  • 8 Stuffed olives
  • to garnish Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 5-6 Black peppercorns crushed

  1. Dice all vegetables and olives and mix them together in a large bowl. For the dressing, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and crushed peppercorns. Pour over the salad and toss thoroughly to mix. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs.
