Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add ginger, green chillies and garlic and sauté till garlic becomes a light golden. Add tomato purée and sauté for 6-8 minutes. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder and salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes Add bhuna masala and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with garlic sev and serve hot.
