Ingredients for Gulabjamun Cheesecake Recipe

  • Gulab jamuns halved 25-30

  • Cottage cheese grated 2 cups

  • Bran biscuits or Digestive biscuits crushed 8-10

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Carrageenan (vegetarian gelatin) 1 tablespoon

  • Hung yogurt 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Melt butter in the microwave oven for a minute. Add it to the crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix.

Step 2

Line a spring bottom tin with this mixture, press lightly and keep it in the refrigerator to set.
