Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Mousse Recipe

  • Gulab jamuns 12 small +

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • White chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 cup

  • Pistachios slivers for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm.

Step 2

Add warm cream to chopped chocolate and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Mix well to ensure that there are no lumps. Cool to room temperature.

Step 3

Combine chocolate mixture and whipped cream in another bowl and mix well.

Step 4

Fill the chocolate mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip of the bag.

Step 5

Place 3 gulab jamuns each into 4 individual shot glasses and pipe the chocolate mixture on top. Tap the glasses a little and refrigerate for ½ hour.

Step 6

Cut a gulab jamun into one-fourth and garnish each glass with a piece alongwith some pistachio slivers.

Step 7

Serve chilled.
