Blend together onion, coconut, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, Asafetida and green chillies till smooth. Add it to the boiling milk. Add the rice flour and salt and mix till a soft dough is formed. Remove from heat.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll into balls. Wet your hands and roll a portion of the dough into a cylindrical shape.
