Slit chicken horizontally into halves and further cut into two. Add these to the marinade and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Discard edges from bread slices and cut into small cubes. Place in a grinder jar and grind to make breadcrumbs. Transfer the fresh breadcrumbs onto a plate. Coat marinated chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
