By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pear, Apples Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Raitas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruit Raita 1 Pear 1 Apples 2 Peaches 2 Plums 4 slices Pineapple 4 Dates 1 Banana 1 Mango 4 Almonds 15 Fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 cups Yogurt to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black peppercorns,crushed freshly 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder Method Wash and chop pear, apple, peach, plums, pineapple and fresh dates. Peel and chop banana, mango, green almonds.Clean, wash and chop mint leaves. Dry roast the cumin seeds and powder. Add the roasted cumin powder to the yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, freshly crushed peppercorns, fresh cream and whisk.Add all the chopped fruits and mint leaves and mix well. Serve garnished with red chilli powder.
