By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe mangoes, Wonton sheets Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Flowy Mango Crisps 2 medium Ripe mangoes peeled and cut into small cubes 12-16 Wonton sheets ½ cup Mango puree 2 tablespoons Concentrated mango drink powder 1 teaspoon Gelatin 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Jalapenos finely chopped 2 Fresh red chillies chopped to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce as required Refined flour (maida) slurry Method Advertisment Heat one cup water in a non-stick pan. Add the mango puree, mango drink powder, gelatin and lemon juice, stir and bring to a boil. Strain the mixture and cool slightly till warm. Combine the mango cubes, coriander leaves, jalapenos, fresh red chillies, salt and Tabasco sauce in a bowl. Mix well. Add the mango-gelatin mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture in a burfi tray and refrigerate till the mixture sets.Cut the set mixture into one inch cubes and refrigerate. Place wonton wrappers on the worktop, apply refined flour slurry on the edges. Place some mango-gelatin cubes in the center, fold all the sides and make a square parcel. Place the prepared parcels in a bamboo steamer and steam for four to six minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
