By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Dried red chillies Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fiery Pepper Chicken 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes 2 Dried red chillies chopped 3/4 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed 2 tablespoons Sesame oil to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic chopped 2 teaspoons Ginger chopped 1 Spring onion with green chopped 2 teaspoons Dark soy sauce 2 teaspoons Light soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 3 tablespoons Cornflour slurry 1 teaspoon Vinegar to garnish Spring onion greens chopped Method Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a non-stick wok, add chicken, salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a bowl. Heat remaining sesame oil in the same non-stick pan, add garlic and ginger, mix and sauté till the raw flavours disappear. Add dried red chillies and spring onion with greens, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add the chicken, mix well and sauté and cook for 2 minutes. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add cornflour slurry, mix well and cook till the sauce thickens and coats the chicken well. Add vinegar and mix well.
