Method

Step 1


Preheat the oven at 180° C. Grease and dust a cake tin. Mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk well. Sieve maida, baking powder and green cardamom powder into another bowl.

Step 2


Lightly fold maida mixture into the egg mixture.Melt butter and add to the egg mixture and mix well.Pour the batter into the greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool, remove from the mould, slice and serve.
