Ingredients list for Egg and Rawa Pudding

  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons Green cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee

Method

  1. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl . Add semolina and mix well.Add sugar, coconut milk, cardamompowder. Mix well. Add half the ghee and mix till a smooth batter is formed.
  2. Grease a baking tray with the remaining ghee. Pour the batter in the tray.Bake in preheated oven at 180º degrees for twenty minutes or till done. Remove and serve cold.
