Ingredients

  • Eggs peeled & finely chopped hard boiled

  • Oil
    2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon
  • Ginger finely chopped
    1 tablespoon
  • Green chillies finely chopped

  • Onions finely chopped
    3 medium
  • Red chilli powder
    1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
    2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1


Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and onions and sauté lightly.

Step 2


Add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are pulpy. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté.

Step 3


Add eggs and coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 4


Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
