Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, oregano and salt to it. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and arrange them on a plate.Place the grated cheese on four bread slices and cover them with remaining bread slices. Heat oil on a non stick tawa and shallow fry the bread slices till golden brown on both the sides.
