Ingredients list for Dum Kebab (Meatloaf)

  • 1/2 kilogram Mutton Mince
  • 2/3 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon Papaya paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • for garnish Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, add mutton mince, yogurt, egg, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala, papaya, red chilli powder, fried onions, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Grease the pie dish with oil and pour the mixture into it.
  4. Cover the pie dish with aluminium foil and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  5. Cut into squares and serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
