By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton Mince, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 1.30-2 hour Serve 6 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Dum Kebab (Meatloaf) 1/2 kilogram Mutton Mince 2/3 cup Yogurt 2 Eggs 1 tablespoon Ginger paste 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1 Green chilli chopped 1 tablespoon Garam masala 1/4 tablespoon Papaya paste 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 cup Onion to taste Salt 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped for garnish Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Oil Method Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add mutton mince, yogurt, egg, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala, papaya, red chilli powder, fried onions, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Grease the pie dish with oil and pour the mixture into it. Cover the pie dish with aluminium foil and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.
