Heat a griddle, pour ½ teaspoon oil and saute the shrimps, stirring constantly, over low heat for 5 minutes. Keep aside. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Then add roasted shrimps and onion, mixing lightly, as if you are tossing a salad. Serve immediately.
