Ingredients list for Dhabi Fish

  • 400 grams Rohu Fish 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 3 medium Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 3 Green chillies chopped

Method

  1. ke yogurt in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder, mix well and marinate the fish pieces in this mixture for fifteen minutes.
  2. at oil, add onion, sauté until soft. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chillies, sauté for two to three minutes.
  3. Add fish along with marinade and cook for five to seven minutes or until done. Serve hot.
