Ingredients list for Cucumber Raita with Flax Seeds

  • 2 medium Cucumbers peeled
  • 4 tablespoons Flax seeds roasted
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Grate cucumbers in a large bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, roasted cumin powder, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander leaves in a bowl.
  3. Transfer into individual serving bowls and sprinkle with the flaxseeds.
  4. Serve chilled.
