Place them on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Grate cottage cheese into a bowl. Add cream, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, thyme, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, salt and crushed peppercorns. Mix well. Evenly spread the cottage cheese mixture on the bread slices. Place them on a serving platter and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
