For the filling, mix together pineapple, bean sprouts, cream cheese, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Place a lettuce leaf on one side of the hotdog and put one-fourth of the filling on it. Place another lettuce leaf over the filling and cover this with the other half of the hot dog. Press slightly. Repeat the process with rest of the hotdogs and the remaining filling. Skewer a toothpick on each loaf to hold it all together and serve immediately.
