By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cranberries, Pistachios Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 5-6 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cranberry Pistachio Fudge ½ cup Cranberries dried, chopped ½ cup Pistachios chopped 100 grams White chocolate chopped for greasing Butter 1 cup Condensed milk 1 cup Khoya/mawa grated Method Grease a barfi tray with some butter. Heat a non-stick pan. Add chocolate and mix till it melts. Add condensed milk, mix and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add khoya and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pistachios and cranberries and mix well. Pour the mixture into the greased tray and tap. Cover with an aluminum foil and refrigerate till set.
