By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cabbage, Carrots Cuisine American Course Salads Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Coleslaw With Cottage Cheese 1 small Cabbage finely shredded 2 medium Carrots grated 100 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) crumbled 1/2 cup Yogurt drained to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Caraway seeds (shahi jeera) 1/2 cup Milk 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 medium Onion grated Method Crumble the paneer and place in a blender with the drained yogurt, salt, mustard powder, white pepper powder, sugar and caraway seeds. Process till smooth. Add the milk and process again. Place the shredded cabbage in a bowl. Add the salt, lemon juice and grated carrots and mix well. Squeeze out the water from the grated onion and add to the salad bowl. Add the dressing and toss to mix. Serve at once.
