Ingredients for Chocolate Hazelnut Bars Recipe

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • chocolate hazelnut spread ¼

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Biscuits crackers ¼ cup

  • Hazelnuts crushed, ¼ cup + for sprinkling

Method

Step 1

To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.

Step 2

Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts. Add butter and mix well.

Step 3

Add crushed cracker biscuits and hazelnuts and mix.

Step 4

Line a barfi tray with a cling film, transfer the chocolate-hazelnut mixture into it, level it out and tap. Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5

Demould, spread chocolate hazelnut spread and sprinkle remaining hazelnut on top.

Step 6

Cut into squares and serve.
